Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Products without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or promotional giveaway items
- Clearance or final sale items unless defective
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A full refund
depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time may take between 3–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as return requests according to this policy.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping and return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
