Welcome to Arpiece Egypt. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within Egypt.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most cities and governorates across Egypt, including:

  • Cairo
  • Giza
  • Alexandria
  • 6th of October
  • New Cairo
  • Mansoura
  • Tanta
  • Port Said
  • And other major areas across Egypt

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons may experience slight delays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking or shipping updates via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Egypt:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Delta & Canal Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns or for selected order values.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery services in selected areas within Egypt.

Customers are required to be available at the provided phone number to confirm and receive the order.

Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply if delivery fails due to:
